Sugar 1/3 tbsp.
Mix of peppers to taste
Boiled beets 2pcs (600g)
Cucumbers 4pcs (500g)
Boiled eggs 5 pcs.
Sour cream 100g.
Kefir 1l.
Mineral water
Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp. taste
