What happened at River Valley High School the day a 13-year-old student died from a fatal attack

In a ministerial statement to Parliament on Tuesday (Jul 27), Education Minister Chan Chun Sing recounted the events of Jul 19, when a 13-year-old student was found in a school toilet with multiple wounds. A 16-year-old student who was seen holding an axe was arrested for his murder. "It will take time for the River Valley High School community to recover," said Mr Chan.
