INGREDIENTS-

For Kofta-
*1 kg of lamb/goat mince
*The Spice Angel Roganjosh Masala
*Crushed Black Cardamon
*Two eggs
*Mustard oil
*Salt for seasoning


For Sauce-
*Mustard oil
*Cumin
*Fenugreek seeds
*The Spice Angel Roganjosh Masala
*Yoghurt


METHOD-

For Kofta-

1. Put the lamb mince in a bowl
2. Add salt for seasoning
3. Add 4 tbsp of TSA Roganjosh Masala
4. Add two crushed Black Cardamon pods
5. Add two eggs
6. Add 2 to 3 tbsp. of mustard oil
7. Mix everything well
8. Roll the mince int small round balls/ cylindrical shapes 50 gms.each and keep them aside



For Sauce-

1. Heat 3 tbsps. of mustard oil in pan till it starts smoking
2. Add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds and 1/4 tbsp of fenugreek seeds
3. Add 3 tbsps. of The Spice Angel Roganjosh Masala and mix everything well
4. Add 3 tbsps. of Yoghurt in this mix and cook well
5. Add some water to this mix and allow it to boil
6. Add some salt and add koftas in this mix
7. Cover the pan with lid and allow it to slow cook for 30 to 40 mins
8. Reduce the sauce and serves with some tahr (Yellow rice)
