Baalbek, known as Heliopolis by
Baalbek, known as Heliopolis by the Romans, is one of the most fascinating archaeological sites in Lebanon. There is a massive acropolis on the tell, featuring numerous temples. In the podium or platform that supports the temple to Jupiter Heliopolitanus are a number of massive stones, the three largest known together as the trilithon. Who put these megaliths here and how? In this video, Dr, Miano addresses that question and responds to a popular video by Amazing Stock on the subject.
