Today's daily update video from South Africa is from 9 August 2024. In this video, we start with heavy traffic on N3 over Van Reenen's Pass in South Africa today. Then a herd of cows herded through the town of Vaalwater in Limpopo. Heavy rain and thunderstorm last night in Fish Hoek, Cape Town. The canola fields are flowering around Swellendam and Bredasdorp. Gemsbok in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. Wind still day at Durban. Rand Society of Model Engineers in Roodepoort. We drive on the M5 Lavender Hill in Cape Town. Stay over at the Drakensberg Gardens Resort in the Southern Drakensberg near Underberg. Then, we spotted Gemsbok at the Dikbaardskolk Waterhole in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. We drove past Victoria West in the Northern Cape, and we visited several more places across South Africa.
