Police lathicharge mediapersons in Gujarat's Junagadh, probe ordered

The Gujarat police resorted to lathicharge on mediapersons in Junagadh. Gujarat home minister has ordered a probe, after video of the incident went viral on social media. In the video, 5 cops can be seen using their lathis to attack the mediapersons. A cameraman and reporter of a private news channel were brutally beaten up by the cops. The incident has been condemned by the media fraternity and a call has been made to take action against the errant cops.
