-1/2 kg Ground beef
-2 Onions
-1 Tomato
-4 tsp Maize flour (makai ka ata)
-1 tsp Garlic paste
-2 Green chilies
-1 tsp Ajwain
-1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
-Salt (adjustable)
-1/2 bowl Cilantro (dhaniya)
-1 tsp Pomegranate seeds
-2 tsp dry coriander seeds
-1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)


-1 cup Oil for frying

Garnishing:

1 Tomato
3 Green chilies
