Ribbon nada is a delicious variation of murukku and is also known as ribbon murukku, and nada thenkuzhal. This crisp fried ribbon-shaped savory snack is easy to prepare and tastes good too. It is typically prepared as festival snacks especially for Ganesh Chaturthi and Diwali / Deepavali. Generally, Ribbon Nada is prepared with rice flour and besan flour dough which is later shaped with ribbon pakoda shaper and deep-fried till crisp.
