Butter Chicken is one of
Butter Chicken is one of the mostly searched Indian recipes. The delicious thick gravy and the tender chicken tikka makes for the perfect companion to your regular rice or chapati.
So, here is my version of the popular dish which tastes just so delicious. Do try it out yourselves and enjoy! 😊
Ingredients:
1. Chicken(With Bone/Boneless) - 1 kg
2. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsps
3. Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 2 tbsps
4. Curd - 1/2 cup
5. Cumin Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
6. Onion - 3
7. Tomato - 5
8. Cashew nuts - 10-12
9. Cinnamon - 1 stick
10. Cloves - 5-6
11. Black peppercorns - 8-10
12. Bay leaves - 2
13. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
14. Sugar - 1 tbsp
15. Garlic - 10-12 cloves
16. Ginger - 1 inch
17. Green chillies - 3
18. Oil
19. Salt
20. Butter - 5 tbsps
21. Fresh cream - 2 tbsps
22. Coriander leaves
