First song ever jointly sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Shafqat Amanat Ali. This is the title track (OST) of the Drama Series.
CRS produced ten short films based on real stories related to the issue of terrorism and Pakistan military’s operation in Swat valley. These short films touch upon the plight of the common man during the militant's reign of terror and how Pakistani nation resolved to fight against this tyranny.
This drama series depicts the courage of Pakistani people and armed forces during the operation against terrorists in Mingora region. The series unveils the real face of terrorists and militants that have been exploiting the weak in the name of religion. The series lays bare the price that Pakistan is paying for global peace as the immediate victims of suicide attacks are common Pakistani people and the people fearlessly fighting these terrorists and sacrificing their lives are Pakistani soldiers. It also highlights the value of public support when any armed force has to fight insurgency.
Rich on emotions, actions, sacrifice, valor and patriotism, the drama series explored territory, both physically and conceptually, that has never appeared on TV screens in Pakistan. Through the poignant tales of gallant heroes of the Pakistan Army, the drama series reinforced the message of peace and forbearance. It also gave enough stimulus to pull people out of despondency and reveal the light at the other end of the tunnel.
The series was written by a team of seasoned writers and has been filmed by a group of select directors. The eleven dramas were penned by renowned playwrights like Zafar Meraj, Wasi Shah, Sajjad Saji and Aamir Raza while talented list of directors includes Kashif Nisar, Azeem Sajjad, Shakeel Adnan and Aamir Yousaf. Khawar Azhar, Chief Operating Officer of CRS was the Executive Producer of the entire series .
Penned by young maestro Imran Raza the theme song of the play 'Imtihan Hai Imtihan' was jointly performed by Rahat Fateh Ali and Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan. The song was composed by Sahir Ali Bagga.
