Four wheel drive vehicles, buses, police cars, and SUVs struggled as heavy snow hit Gloucestershire today (December 11). Footage taken at Leckhampton Hill in Cheltenham shows several accidents caused by the icy conditions which brought around 10 inches of snow. #Gloucestershire #Cheltenham #snow
