adidas ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 3 Long Run Shoe Test - Master Marathon Shoe OR Step Backwards? | EDDBUD
Today I tested the ADIDAS ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 3 over an 11 mile or 17.7 km ish distance in some dry and mild conditions with around 11c temps.
Some 1 mile or 1600m reps at my half marathon target pace later on to test the shoe at race like pace.
I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance on what is a variation to my typical and regular long run route in terms of elevation and locations.
