UPDATE 4/3/24--Kingfisher Inn To Stay Closed All Summer For Repairs, and Maybe Longer! It's Spring 2024! Time for a Garden City Beach Update! Unfortunately, Kingfisher Inn, which is right next to the Garden City Pier, suddenly closed 3/28/24 and evacuated its guest because of possible structural issues. Not good news. So, is Garden City Beach ready for summer? Are the rumors true that $46 million is going to be invested in its downtown? How's the beach looking? Is Conch Cafe open yet? How about the pier?
