When the cat's away the neon will play!? Here's some new work for Old Blighty's very respectable BBC One. The simple story takes place in the seaside town of Blackpool, England just outside Manchester. An all too irresistible drunk neon stripper named Mary instigates this late night phenomenon and leads a colourful cast of neon party people to a ferris wheel on the pier.
