Welcome to the incredibly beautiful Shaxi Ancient Town, in Yunnan, China. There are many ancient towns in China, some of them even located inside major cities like Chengdu or Chongqing, but Shaxi is probably my favorite. It’s peaceful and quiet, and just an amazing place to spend a few days, surrounded by nature and ancient buildings. It’s about a 2 hour drive north from Dali. Enjoy
