Sophie lost 4st and won Slimming World's Miss Slinky 2018

Young mum 23 year old Sophie Jude from Nottingham used to dread friends tagging pictures of her on social media. Now after losing 4st with Slimming World sh'es gone from a size 16 to size 8 and is brimming with confidence. After giving up on her dreams of being a dancer because of her size, she's now looking forward to performing again.
