Designing and building a VU Meter driver.

I have purchased a couple of little VU meters for use in an Audio project, now I just need to design and build a driver. My requirements are:

- High Input Impedance.
- Powered by single supply (e.g. 5V)
- Full meter scale with just 100-200mV signal.
