How to Fix a Paper Shredder that won't STOP

This happens pretty often. At least a few times a year. We used to fix this Fellowes Paper Shredder ("Bulldog" Model) the old fashion way by removing the top finger guards and manually cleaning it. Figured this way was easier and faster with similar results. I scoured YouTube to see if anyone else has cleaned it this way, but I haven't seen anything posted. So if anyone has "happened" to have posted a similar fix, I apologize. I'm not trying to steal anyone's thunder. Just paying it back or paying it forward, however this video is perceived.
