Speck-Rosenkohl-Champignon-Auflauf

Brussels sprouts, now in autumn it's exactly the right time for it. Just right for a delicious bacon, Brussels sprouts and mushroom casserole, although I always vary the ingredients quite often, depending on what's available.

Ingredients:
Half net with Brussels sprouts
400 grams of mushrooms
2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 slice of bacon
2 scoops of buffalo mozzarella
200 grams of cheddar cheese
bunch parsley
Salt
pepper
oil for the pan
Boil salted water for the Brussels sprouts (1 heaped tablespoon of salt in 2 liters of water)
