2024 Home Gym Tour

I've been looking forward to making this video since I started my gym! This is my 2024 (Basement) Home Gym tour. I originally wanted this gym to be a garage gym, however we decided it would be best to go in the basement.

This is a full tour, with equipment from Synergee, Rogue, York, Bells of Steel and more. This is certainly my happy place! I do mostly crossfit and bodybuilding movements in our space. I can't wait to make an update down the line to see where this gym goes!
