Mushroom Masala Recipe ingredients
৫০০ গ্রাম মাশরুম / 500gm mushroom
৩০ মিলি গলানো মাখন / 30ml melted butter
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়া / 1 tsp turmeric powder
১ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লংকার গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
১/২ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / ½ tsp garam masala
স্বাদমত লবন / salt to taste
৮-১০ কাজু বাদাম / 8-10 ea kaju nuts
জল / water
৪ টি মাঝারি মাপের পেঁয়াজ / 4 ea medium size onion
৫০ মিলি সাদা তেল / 50 ml refined oil
১ চা চামচ গোটা জিরে / 1 tsp whole cumin
স্বাদমত লবন / salt to taste
৪ টি মাঝারি মাপের টমেটো / 4 ea medium size tomato
১০-১২ টি কাঁচা লংকা / 10-12 ea green chili
২ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
১ চা চামচ ধনে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp coriander powder
১/২ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / ½ tsp black pepper powder.
স্বাদমত লবন / salt to taste
জল / water
১ চা চামচ কসুরি মেথি পাতা / 1 tsp kasuri methi leaves
কুচানো ধনেপাতা / chopped coriander leaves
