Egg Korma with SPICED Eggs | Egg Masala Curry | Egg Gravy | Egg Curry | English | Kitchen Date

This is a Flavorful Egg Korma/ Egg Masala Curry / Egg Masala Gravy ! It Has Spiced Eggs that is flavorful and has a slight crunchiness from the Onions ! :)
When the eggs are mixed with the Gravy its flavor enhances even more.
This Goes Great with Rice, Parotta, Chapathi, Rotis, Idli, Dosas ...! :)  

The Required Ingredients :
Spiced Eggs:
Eggs - 4
Onions - 2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander

Gravy/Curry:
Oil- 1 Tbsp
cardamon - 2
Cinnamon
Bay Leaf
Cloves - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 Medium
Tomato Puree- 1 Medium
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp

To Grind:
Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Cashews - 2
