Ingredients....(For 3 to 4 Handvo)
125 gm Rava/Semolina
1 large Tomato chopped
1 large Green Capsicum chopped
1 large Onion Chopped
1 or 2 Carrot chopped
3 to 4 tbsp Curd/Dahi
3 to 4 Green chilli chopped
8 to 10 Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Jeera/ Cumin seeds
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Meetha soda/Baking Soda (for 1 handvo)
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tbsp oil

Method...
1- Take Rava into the bowl.Add 2 tbsp Curd mix it well.
2- Add 1cup of water to make thick Batter.
Keep it aside for 10 min.
3- After 10 min.mix it again and add some more water.Our Handvo Batter is Ready.
4- Add all vegetables 1 tbsp each.Mix it well add some Green chilli and 1 tsp Red Chilli powder.
5- Heat 1 tbsp oil in Kadhai,add 1 tsp Mustard seeds ,1/2 tsp Cumin seeds once it crackle add few Curry leaves.
6- Take 1 tsp tadka oil and mix it into the Handvo Batter.
7- At last add 1/2tsp Meetha soda to the Batter mix it gently.
8- Pour this Batter in Kadhai spread it evenly.
9- Cover it and cook for 5 to 7 min.on medium flame.
10- After 7 min.Check if it cooks well and turn's to golden brown colour from one side flip it to other side.
11-  Add little oil if required.Cover it and let it cook for another 5 to 7 min.
12- After 7 min.our Handvo is Ready take it out from kadhai.
13- Cut it and Serve Hot.
