In this lesson lets look at the 5 positions of the E minor pentatonic scale. It’s easier to memorize them a few strings at a time. Today I will walk you through some ways to connect the E minor pentatonic [blues scale] up and down the fretboard! Practicing the E minor pentatonic scale on one string at a time will help you connect the scale shapes. Also using small pieces of each position will make it easier to connect the E minor pentatonic positions.
