Create a Facebook Chatbot using Python, Flask, and Ngrok - PART 1 | #75 (Flask #2)

In Part 1 of creating a Facebook chatbot, we'll set up a Python Flask shell, download and run Ngrok, and set up a Facebook messenger webhook.  I still have to apply for Facebook's messenger and get approval.  Hopefully, that doesn't take too long so I can get the second video out.
