We love onions here a lot! And this is a recipe that is done a lot in the United States and in England in particular. Often you will read: "French onion dip" but the only French thing in this recipe is the caramelized onions. It is not a sauce that we make in France. But that doesn't stop us from loving it ♥ Caramelized onions without sugar, which will be mixed with spicy cheese. It's delicious and it's to share with family or friends!
