An easy dessert, perfect for beginner bakers. A few simple ingredients, like bread, eggs, sugar, milk and some dried fruits and nuts are all that is needed. Serve this with a yummy warm vanilla sauce and it is sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
Bread Pudding:
1 loaf of brioche bread (day old )
1/2 cup reasons
1/2 cup pecans
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Vanilla Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
