New Speed Cameras on Road Signs in Kuwait

A video features a new speed camera installed on top of a road sign at one of the highways in Kuwait. The short clip below, which was shot by a driver from the other side of the road, shows the hyper camera flashing the speeding vehicles about 12 times in less than 30 seconds. I wonder how much money the department of traffic will make of these drivers!
