A deep-dive into the practical method and steps involved in determining bacterial cell density using the serial dilution and agar plate inoculation methods. In a separate video I show the practical actually being done. Main parts of the video are:
1. The purpose of the technique: when we would use this method and how it would fit in to an actual investigation of bacterial growth.
