The result of an awesome collaboration with Chris over at Mother's BBQ. Fresh ground beef, topped with Kalua Pork and MORE!
Mother's BBQ: mothersbbq
Kalua Pork: Hawaiian Kalua Pork Recipe

Creamy Horseradish Sauce:
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 TBS horseradish
Salt to taste
Breading for pickles and onions
1/2 cup four
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne powder
Pat sliced onion and pickles dry, then coat with breading. Set aside and allow juices to seep through the breading, then repeat coating process.
