In this video, we design a mobile responsive navigation bar with a dropdown menu when the user hovers the mouse pointer over the logged in user's username. The Navigation bar is going to be mobile responsive also and we will implement this by adding a menu icon when the user is viewing our site from a smaller device. When the user clicks on the menu icon, the navigation menu expands. When they click on this icon again, the menu becomes hidden once again.
