Let me show you the strawberry fat bagel recipe – a gorgeous looking one that might be on a café menu – which will brighten up your dining table. You can easily make an Instagrammable strawberry dessert with just some strawberries and cream. If you want to enjoy strawberries in season in a tastier and more attractive way, how about this strawberry fat bagel for dessert?


❤️ [Strawberry Fat Bagel] - Intermediate – 30 min. (except hardening time) – For 2 pieces
ngredients: 2 bagels, 10 strawberries, cream cheese 200g, sugar powder 20g, whipped cream 100ml, sugar 20g
1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and remove the excess water. Remove the stems of the strawberries.
2. Use a spatula to soften the cream cheese in a large bowl. Stir in the sugar powder.
3. In another bowl, use a hand blender to whip the whipped cream and sugar. With a spatula, stir the mix – a half or third at a time – into the cream cheese.
(tip. You may add green tea powder and blueberry compote to adjust the color, texture, and flavor of the cream to your taste.)
4. Spread the cream on the bottom bagel half and place the strawberries atop. Cover the fruit with extra cream and smooth the surface before covering with the top half.
(tip. You can use a piping bag to make your cream look nice and smooth.
(tip. Fill the hole of the bagel with the cream so that the cross section will not be hollow.)
5. Wrap the bagel with a cling film.
6. Leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. And cut it into a desirable size before serving.
(tip. You can leave it in the fridge for a half day for the cream to harden, then it is easier to cut.)
