This video is all about
This video is all about the initiation process of translation in prokaryotes.
1. Activation of amino acids
2. Aminoacylation of tRNA.
3. Initiation process
4. Elongation process.
5. Termination process.
Activation is done by the addition of ATP with amino acid.
Aminocylation is the process of addition of a specific amino acid with the specific type of tRNA.
Initiation process is completed with the help of initiation factors.
IF1 helps in binding to 50s subunit to form complete initiation complex.
IF2 helps in binding of anticodon with codon.
IF3 binds the mRNA with the Ribosome.
