"Izzet" - Magics abound! (AOW4 Astral/Chaos/Industrial build)

Greetings mortals! This is the second of my Magic the Gathering (MTG) Ravnica inspired builds, the elements in MTG closely match to what it's in Age of Wonders 4. Today I'm bringing you Izzet, magic and curiosities! This build is about MAGIC and buffing our battle mages/support. Generating tons of Mana and enhancing your troops with various elements makes your faction pretty crazy!  Be warned though, you'll be using a lot of elementals in this build,  which upon reaching rank 4 upgrade into higher tier elementals which are pretty strong, but drain your mana economy. However if you plan your cities correctly, you'll be able to support tons of summoned units regardless of tier!
