This 15 minute, all standing arm workout is a must if you hate push ups but you don't want to neglect your upper body in your training regime. This is a no repeat, no planks, no push ups workout that will leave your arms burning without putting any strain on your wrists. I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells but please use whatever suits you. Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!
