Today I invite you to a beautiful beach walk in La Mata in Costa Blanca in Spain.
La Mata or Torre La Mata is a small town (municipality) and resort, which is considered a suburb of Torrevieja.
La Mata is located east along the coast of Torrevieja, surrounded by a natural park, moving dunes and a salt lake.
Despite its small size, La Mata is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Torrevieja area. It is less lively here than in the center of Torrevieja, more quiet and peaceful. The area is clean and well-groomed, there are several significant attractions, a natural park with dunes, green areas for walking, playgrounds, supermarkets, small shops, cafes and restaurants.
La Mata attracts many tourists with its magnificent, spacious beach. This is the longest and, in our opinion, the best sandy beach in the Torrevieja area.
You will enjoy an atmospheric walk through beautiful Spain.
