Hi, everyone! Today, I prepared homemade Mango Sago that I really like & Tanghulu (Candied fruit)! 🫣🩷 Mango sago is a kind of Hong Kong-style dessert!!!! (When I studied abroad, I often ate it, but I didn't know that it was from Hong Kong 🫠) I mixed after-mature mango, coconut milk, milk, condensed milk, sago pearls, tapioca pearls, and nata de coco(coconut pulp jelly), and put it in the fridge for 3~4 hours!!!!! I was going to make Tanghulu by myself, but the pot I ordered to make Tanghulu came without a handle..! 🥲 So, I ordered Tanghulu from a Tanghulu store, but it tasted good! Sour and sweet mango with savory coconut milk... Its fragrant flavor and taste make me so happy! Since I added sago pearls as well as tapioca pearls and nata de coco, the texture got great! 🤦🏻♀️🧡👍🏻 To be honest, if you've tried mango sago, you would love this.. Mango sago is tasty in itself but it went well with crispy Tanghulu! 🥹 I tried to have that in themselves, but I had it with Mango Sago later! When you have Mango sago, you should prepare Tanghulu!
