How to cancel a Groupon order Part 1

In the Groupon App click on:
1. My Stuff
2. My Settings then Customer Support
3. Continue as guest (which is what I did) or Sign In
4. Enter order number and email associated with order number
5. Then it takes you to ‘Guest Checkout Help’ (if you are signed it, it may be different
6. Click on ‘Introduction to Guest Checkout’
7. Still need help?
8. Live Chat
You don’t necessarily have to be under ‘Guest Checkout Help, as long as you see ‘Still need help?’ - this option will take you to the live chat room. Watch part two!!
