Today I discuss facet joint nerve blocks and ablations and injections, and all of the available treatments for arthritis in the lumbar spine. They're critical joints in spinal anatomy, and the treatment of pain and dysfunction has been a topic for years.  MIS minimally invasive surgery options exist, as well as ultra-minimally invasive options which are tried and true with minimal risk.
