½ cup White Peas [Vatana]
⅔ cup Grated Coconut
1 small Onion
1 Dried Kashmiri Red Chilli
2 pinches Cumin Seeds
½ tsp. Fennel Seeds
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Coriander Seeds
2 Cloves
1" Cinnamon Stick
10g Tamarind
¼ tsp. Mustard Seeds
10 Curry Leaves
Coriander (for garnishing)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 6
