The 45 Colt came out
The 45 Colt came out of the black powder time and still has a place with modern fuel. It is a antique cartridge that holds it own today. I also take a shot into some ballistic gel with 300 grain CorBon HP jacketed bullet . Check it out. I was a little confusing, they never chambered the 1873 rifle in 45 Colt but the Italian replicas are.
