As discussion on the Women's Reservation Bill proceeds in Lok Sabha, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on September 20 during his speech in the house made sharp attacks on the Central Government over the inclusion of OBC in the quota. He stood in support of the Bill but called it an incomplete one.
"There is one thing in my view that makes this bill incomplete. I would like to have seen the OBC reservation included in this bill…My friend (BJP) has a habit of diverting from issues…I request to conduct the caste census as early as possible and if not, we will release the data of the census done by us,” said Rahul Gandhi.
