ASICS METASPEED SKY+ Long Run Review - EDDBUD
Today I tested the ASICS METASPEED SKY over a 10 mile or 16.1 km ish distance in some wet and warm conditions with around 10 mph winds with some 11c temps.
Some 1k reps at half marathon pace, with 1k easy pace in between. 1 mile warm up.
I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance on what is my typical and regular long run route in terms of distance, elevation and location.
This is a shoe that ASICS have sent to me for testing though they are not vetting my views or watching my video before i post it to youtube.
