What to expect from a cheap mini pc. (Dell OptiPlex 3040 Micro)

In this video, I review this cheap mini PC.
it's a Dell Optiplex 3040 micro with an I3-6300t. This is not a great processor, but it's not a terrible one either. There are some use cases where this can be a decent PC while others not so much.
Below is roughly the total cost I spent on everything for this computer.

Used Transcend SSD: $10
Power Brick: $18
Display port to HMDI: $20

A mini PC is a good option if you want to do more with your television, however if you just want to watch movies and shows, a streaming device should be good enough.
