Sometimes Steve thought God didn’t exist. Other times he was mad at God, especially when he lost a friend during military service in Iraq. But eventually he humbled himself enough to trust God and pray for peace of mind. The overwhelming feeling of inner peace and faith he felt next changed his life.
No matter how long it’s been since you last prayed, no matter what your feelings toward God have been in the past, it’s not too late to find the inner peace and hope that can come from turning toward God and trusting in His plan.
