siediti ai bordi del silenzio, Dio ti parlerà.
Ascoltate umili del Signore: crescete come una pianta di rose,
come incenso spandete un buon profumo, intonate un canto di lode

Attingete acqua con gioia alle sorgenti del Salvatore.
Il popolo che camminava nelle tenebre vide una grande luce.

Sta in silenzio davanti al Signore e spera in lui,
nell'abbandono confidente è la sua forza: è lui la sorgente della pace.
