How to make tons of Rice Wine super cheap! "Makgeolli"

Don't forget:
1:1 water to rice
10:1 rice to Nuruk
1 Tablespoon yeast
Let sit for 7-10 days stirring twice day for first 3 then once for next 3 then let sit
1:1 Ratio finished rice wine and water
1/4-1/2 cup sugar per liter diluted finished product!
