Kung Fu Sword Spinning Application

In this video we will explore the different applications of the flowering or sword spinning technique. Often confused as a continuous spinning attack, the most direct combat based application is a redirection followed by a counter attack. Other training applications serve as a method of increasing wrist strengthening and flexibility, as well as continuity and coordination.
