For those of you asking about sheet music, sorry, there isn't any. This is completely improvised.
The stereo audio was recorded from the line-out on my digital piano and converted to mp3, which lets you hear the simulated concert-grand sound Yamaha uses to synthesize their notes - a big improvement after YouTube compresses it and turns it into mono.
