Basics of Fingerings: Nature of our fingers/hands

Every finger has naturally different abilities through its position on the hand and a different length compared to the other fingers so every finger will automatically create a different sound. To find a good fingering it is important to understand how your fingers work and how you can use them to create natural moves which will give you just the right amount of time and energy to create music. In the end fingerings are like a choreography for your fingers to dance on/with the keys. I will show you examples of how to find a fingering in the next videos - this video is just about some basics before we can get started;)
